Honey Garlic Chicken Wings

Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp water
- Sesame seeds for garnish

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.

Toss wings with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Arrange on rack in a single layer.

Bake 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden.

Meanwhile, combine honey, garlic, soy sauce, and vinegar in a saucepan. Bring to a simmer.

Add cornstarch slurry and cook until sauce thickens.
