Teriyaki Salmon

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp water
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

    In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, vinegar, garlic, and ginger.

    Marinate salmon for 15 minutes.

    Pan-sear salmon for 3-4 minutes per side until cooked through.
