Ingredients
- 2 slices sourdough bread
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chili flakes for garnish
Instructions

Toast bread slices until golden brown.

Mash avocado with salt and pepper.

Bring a pot of water to a simmer and add vinegar.

Crack eggs into separate bowls and gently slide them into water.

Poach for 3-4 minutes, then remove with a slotted spoon.
